Admission of students shall be made before the beginning of the academic session.

No amount of fees shall be refunded even if a pupil for any reason leaves school immediately after the admission.

The student should fulfill the following minimum age requirement for getting admission as on 30th Sept. of that year

Pre-Nursery Age requirement 2 yrs
Nursery Age requirement 3 yrs
KG-I Age requirement 4 yrs
KG-II Age requirement 5 yrs
Std. I Age requirement 6 yrs

Documents required

  • Original Birth certificate, with two photo copies.
  • Telephone Bill / electricity bill / passport / driving license or any other document (In the name of the parent) as address proof.
  • Caste Certificate / Father’s Leaving Certificate’s photocopy.
  • From class II onwards. Transfer Certificate (original) should be submitted with the application form. 
  • For admission from other taluka / district T.C should be attested from education officer.
  • The school reserves the right of admission.

Withdrawal

  • Before withdrawing a student from the school the guardian must send an application and formally fill in the prescribed form atleast 3 days in advance.
  • Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all the dues to the school have been paid to the full.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience, disrespect to members of the school, staff, bad moral influence and communicable diseases harmful to other students will result in the removal of the students from the school.
  • The principal may at her absolute discretion require any parent at any time to take his/her ward out of school.

Dismissal

A student may be dismissed from the school by a month’s notice on the following grounds :-

  • Non-payment of fees for more than 3 months.
  • Indiscipline.
  • Poor attendance and leave without intimation or prior permission.
  • Persistent late coming.
  • Any other reason which the school management deems fit.

Mode of Payment

Fees shall be payable for all the ten months of the school year and shall be submitted in the school in 4 installments, and bus fees in 2 installments failing which school will take strict action.

SCHOOL FEES:

  • | Installment : Before 15″ May
  • Il Installment Before 15″ Aug.
  • Ill Installment ; Before 15″ Nov.
  • IV Installment Before 15″ Feb.

Receipts are issued for each payment made and parents are requested to make sure that they receive the same.

No reminders or circular will be given to fee defaulters.
